Q: How does 24 hour access work?

A: We operate with key card access. No closed days means off time hours, weekends, and holidays are always available to all paying members. Key card access also means no front desk. All of our trainers work independently, so those team members are on and off site throughout the day.

Q: Can i schedule a tour?

A: Definitely. Send us an email/text or give us a call to get setup with a tour. Leave a voicemail if we miss you and we will get back in touch as as soon as available. First workout is also free, so let us know if you'd also like to try it out for they day.

Q: I joined online, how do i get my access card?

A: You can reply to your purchase receipt that was emailed to you with some dates and times that work for key card pickup. You can also call or text to coordinate day and time to link up.

Q: How do i work with a trainer?

A: All of our trainers work independently so they set their own rates and hours. Scheduling and payments are run directly through them. Their contact information is on their individual profiles on the coaches page. If you have general questions about training, reach out to us and we can talk through who might be the best fit for you.

Q: Are there age requirements?

A: Anyone 16 and up with their own membership gets their own access key card. Ages 12-15 are allowed to have membership paid for by parent. They do not get their own key card and must be accompanied by parent at all times. Kids under 12 must work one on one with one of our coaches and also do not get own access key. They qualify for $25/month membership.

Q: How do i get referral pricing?

A: Referral pricing is activated a few ways. Work with a trainer, join with family or friend, college student, military/police/fire, or senior citizen (65+).

Q: Do you have a shower?

A: We have a single shower in each of the mens and womens restrooms in each of our locations.

Q: Is my membership good at multiple locations?

A: Each membership is active for the location that was originally joined. Membership can be transferred to another location if desired. We will also have and all access membership that will be good for all locations.

Q: Can i place my membership on hold?

A: Monthly memberships can be placed on hold no problem for no charge. Just notify us via call/text/email with the dates or length of time needed for account to be held.

Q: Can i bring a guest?

A: All guests will need to create an account with us to cover liability. They are not included in any membership options so will need to pay $10/day or $20/week fee. Contact us to help get your guest coordinated.
