Everyone has their own rhythm of life and schedules can change frequently. This is why we built a gym that’s open and ready 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure you never miss a single rep.

No Long Term Contracts

We offer multiple tiers of membership options so you never feel trapped by a contract. You can join monthly, or pay for the year in advance.

No Initiation Fees

We hate hidden fees as much as you do. And your gym membership shouldn't take an accounting degree to calculate your monthly total. We keep everything simple and straightforward with memberships starting at less than $1 a day.

Personal Coaching

Getting to the gym takes motivation. Personal training is one of the best ways to hold you accountable and optimize your health and fitness. Fit One Four has independent personal trainers who customize workouts to your specific needs, and help you take the necessary steps to accomplish your goals. All new memberships include three free personal training sessions to help get you started.

Personal Nutrition

Working out is only half the battle. To build muscle, lose weight, and stay sharp, you need to monitor what you are putting in your body. Garbage in = garbage out. We understand no two people are alike and the “one size fits all” approach doesn't work. Our independent fitness coaches and registered dietitian can help you personally master your nutrition, feel awesome, and properly fuel your workouts.
