Education & Experience
Vinnie’s coaching journey started long before he ever stepped into a gym professionally. After struggling with weight, body image, low energy, and all-or-nothing dieting in his early 20s, Vinnie lost 50 pounds and discovered a deeper purpose: helping others find freedom and confidence through fitness without obsession, restriction, or sacrificing the things they love.
He holds certifications in Personal Training, Nutrition Coaching, Health Coaching, and Sleep, Stress, and Recovery Coaching through nationally accredited organizations. With over 10 years of coaching experience (both online and in person), Vinnie has helped hundreds of clients simplify fat loss, build strength, create sustainable habits, and develop a healthier relationship with food and movement.
Vinnie’s coaching meets you exactly where you are and focuses on behavior change above all else. Because your program needs to be realistic, backed by science, and above all, fun. Fitness should enhance your life, not take it over.
Training Philosophy:
Vinnie believes that sustainable health isn’t about perfection. It’s about progress, permission, and consistency. His mission is to bring clarity to the chaos of fitness and nutrition with real-world strategies that empower you to feel strong, confident, and proud of who you’re becoming, inside and outside the gym.
Get to know Vinnie
Q: If you were a superhero, what power would you have or who would you want to be?
A: Growing up, Spider-Man was always my favorite superhero, so I’d have to pick him. If I could choose a power for myself, though, I’d go with teleportation.
Q: Favorite sport to watch?
A: Lately, my wife and I have been really enjoying watching soccer, especially the Columbus Crew. We're slowly but surely getting more into international leagues, too.
Q: What has been the most important part of getting to where you are now as a fitness professional?
A: Honestly, it’s been saying “yes” to different experiences and seeing what else is out there. Over the years, I’ve worked in many corners of the fitness world, but I always found myself coming back to personal training. That’s why being part of the Fit One Four team means so much to me. I get to use everything I’ve learned over the years to help clients change their habits, mindsets, and overall lifestyle. And that’s what it’s all about.
