Dylan has always had a passion for health and fitness. He’s been a personal trainer for over seven years and is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. His professional experience allows him to meet potential clients, understand their expectations and goals, and customize a plan that works best for each particular individual. Dylan specializes in strength and hypertrophy training, but also feels helping people lose weight is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.


Personally, Dylan has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets, providing him with additional knowledge he can pass on to his clients. His favorite hobbies include hunting and golf, and he also enjoys listening to music and attending concerts. Dylan loves being part of the team and is excited to help grow the Fit One Four family.
