Dylan has always had a passion for health and fitness. He’s been a personal trainer for over a decade and is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. He also attends multiple seminars and continuing education courses throughout the year to keep his skills and training up to date.
His professional experience allows him to meet potential clients, understand their expectations and goals, and customize a plan that works best for each particular individual. Dylan specializes in strength and hypertrophy training but also feels helping people lose weight is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.
Personally, Dylan has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets, providing him with additional knowledge he can pass on to his clients. His favorite hobbies include hunting and golf, and he also enjoys listening to music and attending concerts. Dylan loves being part of the team and is passionate about helping his clients meet their goals.

Q: How do you spend your time when you aren’t at the gym?
A: When I’m not at the gym I’m usually at the fire house or spending time with my wife and two kids.
Q: If you could have just one meal the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Steak, potatoes, and a Caesar salad.
Q: If you were a superhero, who would you choose to be?
A: I'd say a tie between Iron Man and Wolverine.
