Education & Experience

Dylan has always had a passion for health and fitness. He’s been a personal trainer for over 9 years and is a graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. He also attends multiple seminars and continuing education courses throughout the year to keep his skills and training up to date.


His professional experience allows him to meet potential clients, understand their expectations and goals, and customize a plan that works best for each particular individual. Dylan specializes in strength and hypertrophy training but also feels helping people lose weight is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.


Personally, Dylan has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows and powerlifting meets, providing him with additional knowledge he can pass on to his clients. His favorite hobbies include hunting and golf, and he also enjoys listening to music and attending concerts. Dylan loves being part of the team and is passionate about helping his clients meet their goals.

Q: How do you spend your time when you aren’t at the gym? 

A: When I’m not at the gym I’m spending time with my wife Jayme and daughter Lillian or spending time working on projects around our property.


Q: What is your favorite thing about your career? 

A: My favorite part about my career is helping people accomplish positive changes in their life and knowing that I helped play a part in their success.


Q: If you could go back in time, what year would you travel to? 

A: I would go back to the late 1800s to either be a western plains Indian or an old west lawman.
