Education & Experience

Tee is a native of Chicago, Illinois, where he attended the College of Dupage for business. After college, Tee moved to Ohio and has called Columbus home since 2001. For 10 years he worked as a manager in the banking industry but ultimately decided to follow his true passion, boxing and motivating people in the fitness world.

Tee started his boxing and MMA career at age 19 and provides an incredible amount of knowledge and experience to his clients. He always takes the time out to really get to know his clients and what motivates them. His goal is to help individuals reach their own goals through mitt work, sparring, and strength training, all while having fun at the same time.

Tee is easygoing and makes people comfortable from the moment they walk through the door. It’s hard work, but Tee will motivate each client to believe in themselves and the outcome they’re striving for. Working with Tee provides an excellent opportunity to challenge yourself, get out of your comfort zone, and continue moving forward towards your fitness goals.

Q: Favorite TV show?

A: Impractical Jokers.

Q: What is your favorite client story?

A: One of my clients told me they felt more confident in themselves after training with me. He said he wasn’t even able to talk to girls before and now, after training with me he feels more capable and confident in himself inside and out. These are my favorite client stories as a trainer. It’s why I do what I do.

Q: The best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

A: Don’t take it personal, make it personal. This can be used in any context. Instead of taking something personally, dig a little deeper and try to understand where that person is coming from.
