Q: Favorite place you have visited?

A: So far, it’s been Thailand. One of the coolest experiences ever to be on the other side of the world. From the views to the food, something else!

Q: What has been the most important part of getting to where you are now as a fitness professional?

A: Never forget to be myself. We are all human beings. One thing I try to do is connect with the person I am working with, try to put myself in their shoes, everybody has their own struggles. Always staying positive too! True strength is going against what feels comfortable and leaning in headfirst, staying kind along the way.
