Dez has a passion for helping people change their lives in the most simple and realistic ways possible. Dez is certified through NASM for personal training and is currently pursuing an Exercise Science degree at The Ohio State University.
She has an interest in teaching others the way of movement, bodybuilding, strength training, and increasing flexibility for a better range of motion for everyday living. Making people feel more confident inside and out is one of her favorite parts of coaching.
She builds training programs that are compatible with everyday living and functionality and her specialties include strength training, bodybuilding, fat loss, functional training, and mobility. Dez is a very intuitive trainer and focuses on mind muscle connection with her clients. Her goal as a trainer is to educate, motivate, and inspire her clients to push past their limits to become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.

A: The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho.
Q: How do you spend your time when you are not in the gym?
A: Lifting, dogs, spending time outdoors, hiking, shooting bow, sand volleyball, hot yoga, reading, spontaneous travel, and road trips.
Q: If you can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: Dogs! There’s just something about a dog’s love and wet kisses.
