For the last 7 years, Sierra Fletcher has been committed to achieving excellence in the field of fitness and athletic preparation. She is certified in functional movement screening, precision nutrition, International Sports Science Association, NASM, kabuki strength, and holds an Associates degree in Fitness Management. Sierra has a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science and Sports Management from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.


Before obtaining her degree in Ohio, Sierra attended and played NCAA Division I basketball for Longwood University in Richmond Virginia. She transferred her sophomore year to continue her basketball career and to pursue her passion by achieving her degree. While completing her degree, Sierra interned with Mark Watts of EliteFTS, formerly head strength and conditioning coach at Denison University.


Sierra specializes in performance enhancement and fat loss. She has helped a number of individuals and groups reach their goals through scientific training. Sierra has worked with a variety of clientele ranging from athletes, recreational fitness enthusiasts, fitness competitors, and those looking to better their lives through health and fitness.
