Kayla is a passionate fitness professional and certified personal trainer who has been helping others improve their health and physiques since 2019. Fitness completely transformed her life, and that transformation fuels her mission to help others change theirs.
As a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and a certified nutrition coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Kayla focuses on combining effective training with sustainable nutrition strategies. She has experience working with clients of all ages-from youth athletes as young as 12 to adults well into their 80s- helping them achieve a wide range of goals including strength, weight loss, muscle building, and overall wellness. In addition to coaching, Kayla has been competing in amateur bodybuilding since 2022, which allows her to bring firsthand experience, discipline, and insight into physique development and aesthetic based training.
Her goal is simple: use her knowledge, experience, and passion for fitness to help others build stronger bodies, healthier habits and more confident lives.

Q: What is your favorite holiday?
A: Halloween! I love all things spooky. Skeletons and pumpkins and dressing up in
costumes. 🙂
Q: What's your favorite thing to collect?
A: Legos. Specifically the Harry Potter and LOTR collections.
Q: If you could eat one meal for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A: My staple! Rice, broccoli, and beef bowls.
