Q: Favorite TV show?
A: The Office.
Q: What has been the most important part of getting to where you are now as a fitness professional?
A: For me, the most important part has been gaining experience seeing a wide variety of individuals. There is so much to learn from each person. I also think taking the risk and betting on myself was extremely important. I was in a typical PT position before coming to Fit One Four and coming here has been the best decision I’ve ever made. Now I get to make people happy every day without compromising my own health and happiness. I truly love what I do!
Q: What is your favorite holiday?
A: Christmas because it is the season of giving and spreading love to those around you. I know it’s cheesy but it’s true!
